Indusind Bank Ltd approves allotment of 9769 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 9,769 (Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Nine) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on January 06, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
