Baba Arts Promoter excercises conversion of warrants

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that Mrs. Jyoti G Tanwani belonging to the Promoter Group has exercised 400000 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants by making balance payment of Rs 39.60 per warrant.

The Board of Directors will shortly meet to allot 400000 Equity Shares in the Capital of the Company to Mrs. Jyoti G Tanwani against exercise of the Warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.51.55, up by Rs.0.55 or 1.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.50 and low of Rs.50.95.

The total traded quantity was 3356 compared to 2 week average of 82710.
