The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd has, in its meeting held on December 30, 2016 granted 10,272 and 14,528 stock options under the JFL Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2011 and JFL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2016, respectively.
