Himatsingka Seide Allots Warrants

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has announced that pursuant to the special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2007, the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 09, 2007 has allotted 58,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to the following entities belonging to the promoter group entitling the warrantholders to apply for an equivalent number of fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 5/- each at a price of Rs 130/- per share at any time during 18 months from the date of issue:

1. Ajoy Kumar Himatsingka: 5,83,000 No of warrants
2. Ajoy Kumar Himatsingka (HUF): 2,31,000 No of warrants
3. Leela Devi Himatsingka: 4,23,000 No of warrants
4. Aditya Himatsingka : 2,31,000 No of warrants
5. Ranjana Himatsingka: 3,08,000 No of warrants
6. Awdhan Trading Company Ltd: 2,31,000 No of warrants
7. Dinesh Kumar Himatsingka: 10,67,000 No of warrants
8. Dinesh Kumar Himatsingka (HUF): 5,81,000 No of warrants
9. Rajshree Himatsingka: 8,85,000 No of warrants
10. Shrikant Himatsingka: 5,00,000 No of warrants
11. Orient Silk Pvt Ltd: 77,000 No of warrants
12. Aditya Resources Ltd: 2,02,000 No of warrants
13. Priya Resources Ltd: 2,02,000 No of warrants
