Shriram City Union Finance Ltd approves allotment of 575 Equity Shares under SCUF Employees Stock Options Scheme 2006

The Banking and Securities Management Committee as empowered by Shriram City Union Finance Ltd's board of directors in its meeting held on December 21, 2016 allotted 575 (neglible % of paid up equity share capital) Equity Shares of Rs. 35 each (including Rs. 25 as premium) to six employees of the Company namely Sri Vijay Vansant Phulsoundar, Sri Prafulla Kumar Mohanty, Sri Sandip Suresh Bangad, Sri Shivaji Krishnat Patil, Sri Amit Walunj and Sri Amit Prakash Bakale who exercised their options under ESOP Scheme 2006. As intimated by the said employees, the Company intimate the allotment of shares made under regulation 7(2) under Chapter III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and other applicable regulations.

Shares of SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1761 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1811.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1219 in over 264 trades.
