The Committee of Directors of Future Enterprises Ltd has at their meeting held on December 21, 2016, considered, approved & allotted of 270, 9.50% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each (NCD Series XV - G) and 180, 9.55% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, (NCD Series XV - H) aggregating to Rs. 45 crore, on private placement basis.
