JM Financial Ltd approves allotment of 1925358 Equity Shares

Subsequent to the allotment of the equity shares, the paid-up equity capital of the company is Rs. 79,37,49,788 representing 79,37,49,788 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1 each.
