Jagran Prakashan Ltd to redeem 2900 NCDs

The Board of Directors of Jagran Prakashan Ltd has decided to redeem 2,900 unlisted unsecured non-convertible debentures of Rs. 1 Lakh each aggregating to Rs. 29 Crores, held by Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited, holding Company of the Company, along with redemption premium at coupon rate of 6.5% p.a.

Shares of JAGRAN PRAKASHAN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.164.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 167.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23233 in over 943 trades.
