Chordia Food to issue warrants

Chordia Food Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2007 has decided to issue 24,00,000 Warrants at a Issue Price of Rs 57/- per Warrant, amounting to Rs 13,68,00,000/-, each Warrant convertible in to One Equity Share of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 47/- per share. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company is also convened on November 01, 2007 for seeking their necessary approvals for issue of aforesaid Warrants and for increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company.
