2. Name of Investors: Life Insurance Corporation of India
No of equity shares to be allotted: 15,00,000

3. Name of Investors: Nederlandse Financiearings Maatschappi Voor Ontwikkelingslande N.V. (FMO)
No of equity shares to be allotted: 15,00,000
Amount per Share (inclusive of Premium) Rs 190.00

4. Name of Investors: Ares Investments
No of equity shares to be allotted: 12,50,000
Amount per Share (inclusive of Premium) Rs 190.00

5. Name of Investors: Argonaut Ventures
No of equity shares to be allotted: 12,50,000
