The Committee of Directors of PTC India Financial Services Ltd in their meeting held on November 29, 2016 considered and approved the Preferential Allotment of 8,02,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- per share at an issue price of Rs. 38.50/- per share (including premium of Rs. 28.50/- per shares) to PTC India Limited a person belonging to Promoter Group.
