HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 3727100 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on November 29, 2016, 3727100 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5098540634 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5105994834 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1179.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1185.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47745 in over 1289 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1194 and intraday low of 1176.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56598568.
