RBL Bank Ltd approves allotment of 259723 Shares pursuant to exercise of Stock Options

RBL Bank Ltd has allotted 259,723 (Two Lac Fifty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred & Twenty Three) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on November 28, 2016 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 372,314,333 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,723,143,330 to 372,574,056 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,725,740,560.

Shares of RBL Bank Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.359.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs.353.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 297002 and the deliverable quantity was 83763 shares.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.362.80 and intraday low of Rs.352.10.
