DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 280400 Equity Shares under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 280,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on November 24, 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 285,036,428 shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.106.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 122222 in over 1640 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 109.3 and intraday low of 106. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13156976.
