HDFC approves allotment of 160820 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on November 24, 2016 allotted 1,60,820 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,93,98,160 consisting of 158,46,99,080 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
