Manpasand Beverages Ltd approves allotment of 30000 Shares

On November 24, 2016 Manpasand Beverages Ltd has issued and allotted 30,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon exercise of 30,000 options by optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Options Plan (ESOP-2014).

Consequently, with effect from November 24, 2016, the issued, subscribed and paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 57,21,61,980/- divided into 5,72,16,198 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
