NIIT Ltd approves allotment of 41528 Shares under the ESOP Scheme of the Company

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd has allotted 41,528 (Forty One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Eight) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company on November 23, 2016, in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.

Shares of NIIT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64043 in over 549 trades.
