Kwality Ltd announces Cancellation of 98000 Employee Stock Options under Kwality Employee Stock Option Plan 2014

The Remuneration, Compensation and Nomination Committee of Kwality Limited in its meeting held on November 21, 2016 has cancelled 98,000 (Ninety Eight Thousand) ESOPs in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Kwality Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 and the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

Shares of Kwality Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.120.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100050 in over 1465 trades.
