Marico Ltd approves allotment of 1 lakh equity shares under the Marico Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014

The Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Marico Ltd has vide a circular resolution passed on November 21, 2016, approved allotment of 1 lac equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each under the existing Marico Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 129,01,71,198 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 129,01,71,198 to 129,02,71,198 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 129,02,71,198.

Shares of MARICO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.255.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 252.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 107480 in over 577 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 256.55 and intraday low of 252. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27300717.
