Capital Trust Ltd allots 143915 shares

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Capital Trust Ltd held on November 19, 2016, has allotted 1,43,915 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Capital Employee Welfare Trust under "Capital Trust Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2016". The said Equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.

Consequent, to the said allotment, the paid-up capital Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 14,66,75,000/- to Rs. 14,81,14,150/- divided into 1,48,11,415 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/ each.

Shares of CAPITAL TRUST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.415 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 388.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3909 in over 142 trades.
