NR International to re-issue 158325 shares

NR International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2006, has decided to re-issue 1,58,325 Nos. Equity Shares @ Rs 20/- each to M/s Aim Credit capital Pvt Ltd, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
