Financial Technologies allots GDRs

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 01, 2007 on the basis of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), Financial Technologies India Ltd has announced that issue of 10,121,457 GDRs have been allotted at USD 9.88 per GDR with Green Shoe Option of up to 1,518,219 GDRs. 7 GDRs represent 1 equity share of Rs 2/- each, priced at Rs 2724.90 per equity share.
