HDFC approves allotment of 554570 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on November 10, 2016 allotted 5,54,570 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,90,76,520 consisting of 158,45,38,260 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1318.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1349.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 227637 in over 6467 trades.
