Elecon Engineering Company Ltd approves allotment of 3264122 Equity Shares

Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has allotted 32,64,122 (Thirty Two Lakhs Sixty Four Thousands One Hundred Twenty Two) Equity Share to the Shareholder of M/s. Elecon EPC Projects Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat vide its Order dated October 07, 2016.
