Hindalco Industries Ltd approves allotment of 808916 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Committee of Directors of Hindalco Industries Ltd vide their resolution passed on November 04, 2016 has allotted 8,08,916 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to the optionees as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employee under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.
