AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 105045 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,02,045 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on November 07, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,14,56,586 (239,07,28,293 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,16,60,676 (239,08,30,338 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
