NIIT Technologies Ltd approves allotment of 7000 shares under the ESOP Scheme

The ESOP Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Technologies Ltd has allotted 7,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on November 07, 2016. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,362,174 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 613,621,740/-.
