UCO Bank approves issue of Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds on private placement basis

UCO Bank has raised Non-Convertible, Unsecured Subordinated Fully Paid-Up Basel III Compliant Perpetual Debt Instruments eligible for inclusion in Additional Tier I Capital of Rs. 750 Cr through private Placement.

Shares of UCO BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.33.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 218796 in over 1347 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.05 and intraday low of 32.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7311537.
