South Indian Bank Ltd approves allotment of 1116490 Equity shares pursuant to exercise of options granted under SIB ESOS-2008

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of South Indian Bank Ltd by a resolution passed today has allotted 11,16,490 Equity Shares of face value Re. 1/- each pursuant to exercise of options granted under the South Indian Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme (SIB ESOS - 2008). Post the above allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Bank would stand at Rs. 135,17,33,750/- consisting of 135,17,33,750 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

Shares of SOUTH INDIAN BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.23 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 294721 in over 432 trades.
