MCX allots 12295 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd in its meeting held on October 25, 2016, has approved the exercise of options equivalent to 12,295 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) by the eligible employees. Accordingly, the MCX ESOP Trust has transferred 12,295 equity shares of MCX to the respective eligible employees.

Shares of MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1350.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1334.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 80198 in over 6051 trades.
