AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 182055 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,82,055 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on November 02, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,10,92,476 (239,05,46,238 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,14,56,586 (239,07,28,293 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
