Century Textiles & Industries Ltd approves issue of NCDs

The Board of Directors of Century Textiles & Industries Ltd at its meeting held on October 28, 2016, has approved issue of Non-convertible debentures on private placement basis for Rs. 700 crores (Rupees Seven Hundred Crores Only) for general corporate purposes including long term working capital / refinancing.

The meeting commenced at 3.00 P.M and concluded at 4.10 P.M.
