Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd approves allotment of 135600 Equity shares

On October 27, 2016, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd, has issued and allotted 1,35,600 (One Lac Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 101,30,57,478/- divided into 50,65,28,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to Rs. 101,33,28,678/- divided into 50,66,64,339 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.87.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 971294 in over 3305 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 89.5 and intraday low of 86.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 85438320.
