Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd approves allotment of 1424301 Equity Shares

On October 27, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, has issued and allotted 14,24,301 (Fourteen Lac Twenty Four Thousand Three Hundred and One only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 84,67,02,744/- divided into 42,33,51,372 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.847.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 847. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30702 in over 2187 trades.
