Tech Mahindra Ltd grants 44000 options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Tech Mahindra Ltd at its meeting held on October 27, 2016 approved grant of 44,000 options to employees under ESOP-2014 plan of the Company, convertible in to 44,000 equity shares of the Company.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.414.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 425.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 181444 in over 3474 trades.
