Isibars allots shares under CDR to ARCIL and India Steel International Ltd

Isibars Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2007, has allotted the following equity shares under the CDR Scheme.

The CDR Lender - Asset Reconstruction Company India Ltd* has been allotted 20000000 shares and the % of shares to be allotted is 9.79.

The Promoters India Steel International Ltd will be allotted 25000000 shares and the % of shares to be allotted is 12.24.

Note: * Holding in trust for ICICI Bank, Exim Bank and Dena Bank.

The stock was trading at Rs.14.24, up by Rs.0.67 or 4.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.24 and low of Rs.14.24.

The total traded quantity was 13067 compared to 2 week average of 78177.
