RBL Bank Ltd approves allotment of 2152555 Equity Shares

RBL Bank Ltd has allotted 2,152,555 (Twenty One Lac Fifty Two Thousand Five Hundred & Fifty Five) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on October 26, 2016 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 369,808,976 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,698,089,760 to 371,961,531 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,719,615,310.
