Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 74786 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd on October 26, 2016 have passed resoultion for issue and allotment of a total of 74786 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

26100 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 14500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.

17086 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 8600 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP - 2014.

8500 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
