Intellect Design Arena Ltd approves allotment of 1500 Equity Shares under ASOP

The Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Intellect Design Arena Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated October 26, 2016, has approved the allotment of 1,500 shares to One (1) associate under ASOP 2003 Scheme and the allotment of 7,000 shares to Three (3) associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme.
