Alankit Ltd approves allotment of equity shares & Appointment of Company Secretary

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Alankit Ltd at their meeting held on October 21, 2016, have considered the allotment of bonus shares.

The Management Committee of the Board has passed resolution for issue and allotment of 35739525 equity shares of Rs. 2 each for the purpose of Bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1.

The Management Committee of the Board has appointed Mr. Kailash Chandra Madan as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from November 01, 2016 subject to the ratification of the same in Board Meeting.

Shares of Euro Finmart Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.74.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 151781 in over 377 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 76.7 and intraday low of 73. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11352354.
