Vijay Textiles Ltd approves allotment of 1625000 shares

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Vijay Textiles Ltd on October 21, 2016. The following were duly considered and approved the allotment of 16,25,000 equity shares to promoters on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 30/- per share.

The Board also approved the resignation of Smt. Kamini Gupta, Director of the Company.
