Crest Ventures Ltd approves allotment of 8684775 sahres

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Crest Ventures Ltd at their meeting held on October 20, 2016, has considered and approved the allotment of 86,84,775 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 50/- per Rights Equity Shares including a share premium of Rs. 40/- per Rights Equity Shares, to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company and in pursuance of the Basis of Allotment approved by BSE Limited, the designated Stock Exchange.
