On October 19, 2016 ITC Ltd has issued and allotted 34,94,420 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,49,442 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from October 19, 2016, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1211,50,54,001/- divided into 1211,50,54,001 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
