RCF issues Commercial Papers for Rs. 150 crores

In terms of the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd has issued Commercial Paper for Rs.150 Crore on October 19, 2016, in favour of ICICI Bank Limited, having maturity date as December 30, 2016.

Shares of RASHTRIYA CHEMICALS & FERTILIZERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.49.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1265566 in over 6185 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 50.7 and intraday low of 46.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 62179586.
