Max India Ltd approves allotment of 286050 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Max India Ltd approved allotment of 2,86,050 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for cash at par to certain stock option-holders on October 19, 2016 arising from the exercise of Stock Options.
