NIIT Ltd approves allotment of 26666 Equity Shares

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd has allotted 26,666 (Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Six) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employee of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.
