GTL Infrastructure Allots equity shares of Right Issue

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that that the Committee of Board at its meeting held on September 28, 2007, has considered and approved Allotment of 33,62,88,137 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par, on rights basis to the existing shareholders of the Company, in terms of the Letter of Offer dated July 24, 2007.
