AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 105900 Equity Shares Under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,05,900 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 17, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,07,57,276 (239,03,78,638 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,09,69,076 (239,04,84,538 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.518.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 520.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1186047 in over 9296 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 533.9 and intraday low of 517.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 625332255.
