ACC Allots shares against Conversion of FCCBs

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated September 26, 2007, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board,

96,666 shares were allotted against Conversion of FCCBs by Bond Holders.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,74,42,441 shares to 18,75,39,107 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
