CRISIL Ltd approves allotment of shares under Employees Stock Option Schemes

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of CRISIL Ltd held on October 14, 2016 the Company has allotted equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value of Re. 1/- each to the employees of the Company.

6,400 (Six Thousand, Four Hundred) equity shares were allotted pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011) and 52,280 (Fifty Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Eighty) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS-2012).

Shares of CRISIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2370 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2401.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 710 in over 141 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2427.75 and intraday low of 2350. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1682258.
